NCAE (North Coast Authentic Expression) events are run by a group of friends who are all facilitators / changeworkers with significant experience & training in Authentic Relating (A.R.).

We are based in the Coffs Harbor & Bellingen area, and offer in-person events there, plus in Sydney & Newcastle. Also in the Northern Rivers, Newcastle, and elsewhere on the Mid-North Coast from time to time.

We send out a General Mailer about once a month, and occasional special ones.

Online Events: We have been offering regular online A.R. events and practitioner courses for three years. These are unpressured, collaborative explorations, yet are not for complete beginners to self-discovery, so are mostly only for people we know through other events. (If you are keen to do online events and have no opportunity to meet us in person first, feel free to join the list and select this option. Then when you see an Online event you'd like to attend, drop us a line by reply, and we can arrange a short Zoom chat so we can meet that way.)
